Streaming music service says it has added 1m active users in the UK alone in the last four months. By Stuart Dredge

Spotify continues to gain subscribers but still isn’t making a profit and still continues to seek out further investment. The public loves the streaming model but much needs to be done to make it equitable for artists and profitable for companies. Any ideas?
