  • Meditation is so important for musicians!

  • Definitely! I think more and more musicians are learning that, too. I’ve started meditating, too, and I’m not carrying around or sitting behind instruments, singing, recording, performing, and touring. Keeping your mind clear, taking time to focus and calm yourself really does open up your creativity. I’d imagine even more so for artists. Thanks for stopping by. 🙂
